私たちは戦艦のいない太平洋を望みます。

海は市民のためのものであり、軍隊のものではありません。

海は戦闘や軍事演習のためにあるのではありません。

Hello！Good afternoon all the member of crew of Queen Elizabeth.

We are a group of Yokosuka citizens called Yokosuka Peace flotilla.

You may be exhausted and tired after a first long voyage and mission, but please listen to our message.

We oppose the US Naval bases and the home porting aircraft carriers in Yokosuka.

Unfortunately, we also do not welcome the arrival of Queen Elizabeth this time. 

We are deeply concerned about the Royal Navy's advance into the Indo-Pacific region. 

We hope peaceful diplomacy rather than gunboat diplomacy.

We hope peaceful Yokosuka without Naval base and Warships.

We hope peaceful Pacific Ocean without battleships.

And we want to say that the sea belongs to the citizens, not to the military.

The sea is not for military exercises or combat.
